Magna 20
A newly-built, 23,339 sq ft, high-specification commercial building fitted with a rooftop solar PV array and battery energy storage system. Power is supplied to the tenant via a private wire from the solar PV/BESS, topped up where required by a REGO-backed import contract. Any surplus energy is exported to the grid via an export PPA.
Configuration: 166 kWp solar PV · East–West split array · 120 kW / 229 kWh battery energy storage system.
Magna 30
A second new-build, high-specification, 33,046 sq ft commercial building on the same pattern — a rooftop solar PV array and battery energy storage system supplying the tenant via a private wire, topped up where required by a REGO backed import contract, with any surplus exported to the grid via an export PPA.
Configuration: 167 kWp solar PV · South–West array · 120 kW / 229 kWh battery energy storage system.
